Terms and Conditions



1. Services and Quotes

All services provided by PureShine CareHome are subject to the details specified in the initial quote. We reserve the right to amend the final price if the actual size or condition of the textiles differs significantly from the description provided by the client during the booking process.

2. Parking and London Charges

The client is responsible for providing a valid parking permit or covering any parking fees incurred during the service. Additionally, the London Congestion Charge and ULEZ fees (if applicable) will be added to the final invoice unless previously included in the quote.

3. Access and Facilities

The client must ensure the technician has access to the property at the scheduled time. Access to hot water and electricity is required to perform the cleaning and restoration processes effectively.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a booking. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover administrative and logistical costs.

5. Professional Results and Limitations

While we utilize advanced technical processes to achieve the best possible results, PureShine CareHome cannot guarantee the complete removal of stains that are permanent, aged, or have been previously treated with household chemicals. We are not responsible for natural wear and tear or pre-existing damage to fibers.

6. Liability and Insurance

PureShine CareHome is fully insured for public liability. We are not liable for any damage resulting from faulty installation of carpets or upholstery, or for items that are inherently unstable or fragile. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept bank transfers and cash. All invoices will be provided digitally for your records.
